Boiler Wiring Diagram With Zone Valves. I'm using a wiring diagram i found on the net that i thought was most similar to what i was trying to accomplish. Connect the controls, pump, boiler and 230 volt fused supply to the junction box terminals indicated by the arrows in the diagrams next to each control, other electrical device or circuit.
I have a system with 3 thermostats and 3 zone valves. I will post a couple of photos if ok. Either by wiring them to 230v as per my diagram, if that's appropriate, or alternatively the microswitches can be used as 'voltage free' contacts if your boiler is currently wired to use low voltage (24v) control.
